One on one sessions to bring you back to your power and ability to take ownership about your life.
Touch is one of the first languages we ever learn – even before birth, the skin is the first sensory organ to develop. Long before we speak, we understand the world through movement, sensation, and contact. This early intelligence doesn’t disappear. It stays with us, shaping how we respond to life.
Our bodies don’t just carry tension, they carry memory. Patterns. Emotional residue. Insight. Many of these live just beneath conscious awareness, until we slow down enough to listen.
Somatic work helps bring these deeper layers into movement and presence. By engaging the body through touch, breath, and mindful attention, we create space for integration: for things to shift, release, and find new form.
Modern neuroscience and trauma studies now affirm what many somatic traditions have long worked with: the body plays a central role in how we experience, process, and heal from life’s events. Researchers and practitioners like Bessel van der Kolk (The Body Keeps the Score), Babette Rothschild (The Body Remembers), Pat Ogden (Sensorimotor Psychotherapy), and Deb Dana (Polyvagal-informed therapy) have shown how the nervous system, memory, and emotions are intricately linked through our physical experience. Their work points to what somatic practitioners see every day: that deep, lasting change becomes possible when the body is part of the conversation.
Working through the body isn’t just another technique. It’s a way home, not just to understanding, but to feeling yourself again. Fully. Truthfully. In your own skin.
Each session is a one-on-one space tailored to where you are that day. It’s not about fixing you, it’s about supporting you to feel more, connect more deeply, and discover what’s already within you.
The first session is 90 minutes, giving us extra time to slow down, get to know each other, and begin to explore. Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes.
We begin with a conversation. This is where you are also welcome to share more. I wish to get to know you: what’s happening in your life, what you’re feeling, what you long for.
Then we talk further on the massage table - including your body into the conversation.
We work with touch, movement, and breath to listen to what your body wants to say. It’s a space where your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations are all welcome and integrated. You might feel emotion move through. A sense of flow, new found energy, release.
After the session, I'll let you rest quietly for a few minutes, and we’ll close the session together with a short reflection.
You might not be sure what somatic work is. That’s okay. What matters is that you feel something stirring: a sense of restlessness, a call for something to shift. Typically, I work with people (women, man, non-binary) who are navigating transition or questioning.
Is this you?
you moved to a new country and don’t quite feel at home yet
you are between jobs, relationships, or versions of yourself
things might look “fine” on the outside, but inside, you feel tired, stuck, or disconnected
you are carrying tension or pain that won’t go away
you are grieving — the end of a relationship, a death, or a chapter of your life that quietly closed.
Whatever the topic, what everyone I work with shares is a longing to feel more like themselves again — grounded, clear, alive.
While each process is unique, there are common threads:
Grounding and emotional regulation, finding a sense of calm in the midst of change
Processing grief, loss, or life transitions – giving space to what has been, and opening to what’s next
Feeling at home in your body, in some cases after long-term tension, pain, or disconnection
Gaining clarity and trust in your own experience beyond overthinking
Building real, embodied confidence that comes from within, not from performance
Moving through blocks whether personal or professional, internal or external
One client described the effect like this:
"It was like I landed back in myself. Nothing changed on the outside, but suddenly I could meet my life with clarity and calm."
Over time, this work can help you build inner tools. Not only just for getting through difficult moments, but for living from a deeper sense of stability, vitality, and truth.
Working with your body takes courage, commitment, and care. That’s why I offer different ways to begin or deepen your process – whether you’re just starting out or ready to walk a longer path together.
For those who want to go further, commit deeper, and give the process time to unfold.
